I ship all purchases within 3-5 business days of receiving your order and each piece is packed and shipped individually. Currently I ship within the United States. If you live in Bend Oregon and you would like local delivery or pick-up, please send me a message to go over details.
RETURN & refund POLICY
All artwork is hand made and one-of-a-kind. For this reason, I can't accept exchanges, returns or refunds.
To get more information, additional images or details on any piece, please don't hesitate to reach out. I can create something custom to your space! If you receive a damaged box, please take photos and send them to me within 48 hours without opening the box. I will pay for you to ship it back to me and repair any issues on my end. Please Note: I cannot be responsible for any piece of art that gets damaged due to falling off a surface, being tugged at by kids or cats or while you are in the process of hanging it on your wall. Due to the fragile nature of the materials used, please use gentle dusting methods and handle with care.
